I’ve spent a few years or so twirling my life away in the newspaper business. Best. Life. Experience. Ever. I crafted story ideas, chased down lawyers for quotes, interviewed WWII heroes, sat in on school board meetings and stood on the other side of red carpets, chatting up celebrities. There also was the rush of starring at a computer screen while writing on deadline, reviewing professional stage plays in some of the nation’s best theaters, running around premier art museums and my encounters with a Manatee named Snooty.
Here lies some of my favorite work, mainly from my time as an art and entertainment reporter at the Bradenton Herald in Florida. Some of my writings from that publication have also appeared in various newspapers and other publications nationwide.
My latest endeavor: The wonderful world of advertising. Check out some of my projects at here.
